All of our services focus on the fundamentals of the game and improving lacrosse IQ. The drills done in training sessions are designed to intuitively carry over to in-game situations. While covering the basics fundamentals of lacrosse like shooting, dodging, and passing. We incorporate drills to improve footwork, speed and hand-eye coordination.

Specialized One on One Training
Our 1v1 service offers clients a private session that focuses on their specific strengths and weaknesses. This service is great for players at any level, from beginners to even Division 1 prospects.
Some aspects of the game we will be constantly working to improve are shooting, dodging, passing, reading defensive slide packages, footwork, balance, mental toughness, and a true desire to win and be a motivation to be great.
All drills will start out on a base fundamental level touching on all key main fundamental’s aspects of that specific drill. Judging on how the client does, we gain a better understating of what we need to do to make a game plan for improvement going forward.
Small Group and Team Training
Our small group training is a great way to train with other players of the same position or to mix and match with multi-position drills. We offer private group sessions as well. Please contact us for more information regarding group sessions.

Where Does Level Up Lacrosse Academy Train Players?
We try to accommodate our players by training at a mutually convenient location. Massapequa Parks such as Birch Lane Elementary School, Burns Park, and Field of Dreams are popular locations.
What Do I Need To Bring To My Training Session?
All you need is your lacrosse equipment, cleats, positive attitude, an appetite to improve! We also recommend bringing water to drink.
